赖卫华,博士,博士生导师,二级教授。全国屠宰加工标准化技术委员会委员,江西省“双千计划”首批培养类科技创新高端人才,江西省主要学科学术及技术带头人,江西省新世纪百千万人才工程人选,江西省政府特殊津贴获得者,江西省无公害农产品、绿色(有机)食品标准化技术委员会副主任,江西省畜牧兽医学会副理事长,江西省营养学会常务理事,江西省食品安全专家库专家,江西省生猪产业化体系质量安全岗位专家。主持完成国家级课题6项、省部级课题10项,在食品安全领域国际重要刊物发表SCI收录的科研论文134篇(H指数34),参编著作3部,授权专利66项。从2003年开始,聚焦于食品安全快速检测方法的研究,在食品安全领域制定了第一个免疫层析方法检测“瘦肉精”的农业行业标准。
