1988年就读于江西大学食品化学专业,1992年获学士学位;

2002年在南昌大学攻读食品科学专业的博士研究生,2004年6月获博士学位;


  • 研究工作经历:

1992年9月至1997年9月,江西中德联合研究院任助教;

1997年10月至2002年9月,江西中德联合研究院任讲师;

2002年10月至2007年9月,南昌大学中德联合研究院任副研究员;

2007年8月-2008年8月获国家留学基金委资助在美国阿肯色大学教授实验室进行为期一年的博士后研究。

2007年10月至今,南昌大学中德联合研究院任研究员;

2012年10月至今,食品科学与技术国家重点实验室固定成员;

2015年10月-2016年4月于美国麻省大学阿莫斯特分校Rotello实验室高级访问交流半年。
