万翠香老师（副教授/硕士生导师）

万翠香，女，博士，副教授。从事食品微生物学，益生菌分离筛选，益生菌功能基因和蛋白解析，乳酸菌益生性，耐极端条件机理以及致病菌检测等方面的研究。近五年来主持国家自然基金项目二项，参与国家自然基金一项（排名第二）；主持并完成江西省省级课题多项；以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文6篇，中文核心文章多篇。申请并获得授权专利2项。2013年5月-2014年5月赴美国克莱姆森大学访学一年。

  讲授《分子生物学》、《细胞生物学》、《食品生物技术》、《生物反应工程》、《食品毒理与人类健康》等本科专业课程。

1. “两株乳酸菌对小鼠胃肠道微生态的影响及其对幽门螺杆菌感染的预防作用”（国家自然科学基金 81760102）排名第一，经费34万元，在研。

2. “双歧杆菌丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的功能研究”(国家自然科学基金 30900038)，排名第一，经费20万元。已结题。

3. “益生菌中丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的表达和功能研究” （江西省科技厅），排名第一，经费3万元。已结题。

4. “新型双歧杆菌功能蛋白Serpin的研究”  （江西省教育厅）。排名第一，经费1.5万元。已结题。

5. “干酪乳杆菌作为禽类口服疫苗载体的技术研究”（江西省教育厅GJJ13098）。排名第一，经费2.0万元。已结题。
